The team started off very strong but at the last day they lacked the leader and completely went downhill. Things are missing and three days after the move our bed fell apart as they didn’t put it back together properly. The whole move wasn’t a great experience

I have tried to receive an offer for a move to Europe. Since almost two weeks not possible. Very very bad in responsiveness. Timelines and promises have never been met. Very unprofessional. If you look for service oriented state of the art service, Shalom seems to be not the right one.

My father contacted Shalom to move to new house. There’s a guy from china amongst the staff, who told us our items are not all listed in the bill, and he tried to collect extra money from us. Then we tried to call back the other guy whom my father negotiated with, he told us the guy will also charge us extra $. My father was worried of negotiating the extra cost and so we just gave the china guy some extra cash when paying for the bill. After that, i felt we might have been cheated by the dishonest china staff, forcing my father to give him the extra money.. the items were delivered nicely and no missing items.. but i think we need be careful that there are dishonest staff among them trying to earn extra cash from each trip.
