I have engaged the service from Shalom Movers for my house moving on 22 March 2018. I was very satisfied with their services, the staffs are all very friendly. They are very efficient and really take care of all my items during moving, can see they are very experienced and being trained on dismantling the furnitures and fixed back again. Very professional. Thumbs up for their services given, will recommend to friends if they need the service. Once again, thank you to Team D.

Very poor for the customer service even if they are expensive than other movers. This is one of the worst experiences. They lost one of boxes while moving to a new condo. I asked Shalom to put number in each box so that we know how many boxes are packed and delivered. However, they refused to do so. when they lost one box, there was no action. They asked me to call a police. In addition, they forced me to check whether there was something left in trucks. However, there were a lot of stuff in trucks. I couldn't really clear all stuff and check if there is something left. I don't understand that they force me to customer to check their trucks JUST to collect money. They don't care about customer at all. VERY BAD COMPANY. They should have closed business down if they keep treating customers this way. --------------------------------------------- [Written on 7th June, 2018] I saw Shalom Movers' reply. Actually, I don’t remember they informed me that inventory was not the industry’s norm for a local move. I believe that they didn’t. This is because when I asked them to put numbers in each moving box to make sure that all boxes are moved correctly. However, one of staff just told me that there would be no issue because they had done this kind of moving many times without issue. That’s it. My real point is how Shalom movers treated customers. Some issues such as losing a box can happen always. Human being is not perfect and can make a mistake. I really wanted to hear that just ‘I am sorry’. However, what I heard is that you’d better call a police rather than saying I am sorry. When I called a police, I was told that the police doesn’t really take care of this kind of matter and the police officer recommended that I call a consumer service association. I think Shalom knew this well and forced me to call a police. Again, it is more about customer care matter.
