Yesterday was our 3rd move with Shalom Movers. The move was seamless without any hiccup.
The team of movers provided exceptional professional service in wrapping up loose pieces of items including furnitures, dismantling TV and handling the move. They handled each piece of item with extra care.
Upon arriving the destination, the team placed every single item according to the labeled locations without any misses (Thumb ups)!

1. Arrived earlier to confirm on the items to be moved
2. Came back with all the necessary packing materials for the move
3. Very systematic and detailed throughout, I felt so assured that my things are being well taken care of. Especially I have lots of fragile / baby bulky items / figurines (which they understand the importance and took extra care when packing instead of just a “toy”)

5. I really enjoyed their positive and playful side too when loading on the lorry which enhances the entire experience
6. Unloading is also done with a breeze and they had great teamwork ensuring that no items were lost in transit especially our ending point was a new BTO which is more messy and prone to burglary :)

I contacted Shalom Mover for a quote to transport a mattress to Malaysia. After sending my details including my addresses, they became missing in action. Initially I received a reply saying that the previous staff who requested for my information had resigned and he/she will help me to follow up. But subsequently there were no more follow up despite repeated reminder for update. To date, it has been more than 2 weeks now, I still have not received any quotes or any further action to plan my move. My text to ask for an update was also ignored. Terrible service. Probably a scam
