It was a smooth journey and communication with Soon Seng Movers from the start. When they came for site visit, the person incharge was very frank about their quotation and did convinced us that it will be a smooth moving. True, they came on time and completed the move in 3 hours. Very impressive. They handled our items professionally and care. They advised us to move as many things as we can which really helped us alot. They assisted in dismantling and reassembling our bed, wardrobe and book shelves.

I am so glad I engaged soon Seng for my packing and moving. From packing to moving to my new place, the whole process took 1 hour. Very fast and professional. I didn’t even need to lift a finger to pack. Making the whole moving process a more bearable one for me. This is the second time moving with Soon Seng Transport in 3 months. We saw some familiar faces during the second move. The team consisting of Junhao, TianZhen, Jacky and others was very swift in the dismantling and assembling of furnitures. They also handled bulky items such as TV, monitor, glass tables etc very well. The whole process including travel time took about 3 hours. They came with 1 big and 2 smaller vehicles so was a single trip.
The team was very professional and moved the items safely and swiftly despite the long distance push (vehicles were outside the premises, across the street). Unlike other companies, Soon Seng does not charge additional for the long distance push. We had 100 rented boxes which were refunded fully after we unboxed and returned.

Really glad to have engaged Soon Seng as they are a team of professionals that made the entire moving process so seamless and efficient! Very impressed by the speed of the team. 83 boxes with some big items and many miscellaneous items were transported within 3 hours’, including dismantle and installation, in good condition. Every single boxes were placed directly to our desired location (e.g kitchen or master bedroom etc) at our convenience instead of leaving them at any available spaces within the house. Highly recommended!
