I would give 0 stars if I could. Entirely unprofessional, unreliable, and unresponsive. Can’t keep track of customers on WhatsApp. Took on average 2 days to respond to every message we sent. Provided us with details of their truck and movers but the day prior to our move, they stopped responding to our messages and when we called them, the lady who picked up the phone was confused- probably didn’t have our details, even though they claimed a few days ago that they had everything settled. We reiterated time and time again that we cannot change the details because of how strict the management of our new place is with regards to moving, and they said all was good. Today, we called them and they said they don’t have any availability for the time they agreed on, and their excuse was that they have a lot of customers on WhatsApp. Absolutely terrible.
