I would like to commend the team led by Jun Hao and Ryan. They were very professional, communications amongst the team is very good and everything went on at speed work. They managed to clear my entire house of 140 over boxes and huge pieces of furniture in 2 hours. It is the 2nd time we engage Soon Seng and this experience is even better than the first! I read many great reviews about Soon Seng and took the plunge. I must say that Team Ziyang made my house move efficient, pleasant and the best move ever. There is strong team camaraderie, helpful, accommodating and fuss free. Much care was taken when handling my items and many little requests were accepted without fuss. It was not an easy move and they delivered effortlessly. It certainly made my day on a very stressful moment, as in any house move. Well done Team Ziyang! Would definitely engage them again next time.

XM and J team were quick and tidy in their work when it came to packing and unpacking. They also demonstrated understanding and courtesy when dealing with the older folks who were involved in the moving today. The admin side was also always clear and helpful through the process.
