This is the first time we engaged Soon Seng Transport and the team did an excellent job from start to end. Team John and XM were puncture and managed to arrive early ahead of the scheduled time. They are very experience and were super efficient in wrapping, loading and unloading the items from a non-lift landing to lift landing area. The whole moving process took 1.5h to 2hr. Will definitely engage their service again in future. Thank you Team John and XM. Also not forgetting Jessie and Terence Lim for coordinating and attending to the site survey. Thank you! =)

The moving was very smooth. When arranging and giving the requirements, the admin was very responsive over whatsapp. Able to clarify just using photos and messaging. During the move, mover was on time. Very professional and moved the items efficiently. When delivering at the condo, cos the lorry exceeded the height limit, not allowed entry. Have to parked outside to move the items in thru the ramps. Additional 10min each trip from lorry to lift. They tried to negotiate w the security with me but security didn't allow. They didn't complain and continue to move from outside instead. Highly recommend.

I like to compliment two teams that helped to move my place on last Sat, 13 Aug.
I have two places to move. One to storage place, another to temporary home.
Two days Prior to moving, I was told that the storage place will have lift maintenance till noon. But soon seng came back to me that the teams willing to wait till the lift started to operate. In term of responsive, their Admin response very fast.
On the day itself, Packing was swift and very professional. And at the storage place, the teams waited patiently for the lift to start in operation. No sign of impatience or complaints.
And when moved to my temporary home, the team carried down box by box.
The teams take pride of what they are doing.
I am very glad that I have found the right mover. My next moving to permanent home will be Soon Seng also.
