A big thank you to Soon Seng Movers for their superb job, super impressed with their movers. From asking to quote, Jolene who took my call is very responsive and helpful, patient in answering to all my queries. The sales person who came down for the quotation is also very nice and accomodating to our request. Price wise is really afforable and reasonable with the top notch service i experienced. Everything in liaison was smooth as they made the effort to follow up and update us timely on the arrangement. On the moving day, the movers were punctual, they greeted you with big smiles and came in saying many auspicious words to your family. How will you not be heng like that? And then they all proceeded with their respective job scope. Floor protection, door protection, wrapping of all items from top to bottom, extra cardboards used to cover all corners of furniture including sharp & fragile items. All our furnitures and items were nicely wrapped together. The movers are all systematic in their work. All of them are meticulous, fast and detailed. Their teamwork spirit is just beyond words. The team handled our move diligently and smoothly despite the heavy rain. They had to push so many trolleys across a distance to the nearest shelter and also making sure all our belongings are well protected from the rain. The management also allocated extra manpower at no extra costs just to help us get the job done within our preferred timing. Super efficient and professional with none of my fragile items damaged. After they moved to the new location, they helped to install the items back to piece, and move the different boxes in our respective room based on the label on the carton. They are even more careful and thorough than we do, they also reminded us to check the condition of items before and after move. A responsible, dedicated and trustworthy team that you can rely on. Most importantly, they carry a happy mood at all times which brings more luck and heng heng during our move! I am extremely satisfied with their services from the beginning till end of the process.
