This probably is the 3rd or 4th time I am engaging Soon Seng for house move/relocation. As always the guys were extremely professional, on schedule, and I am amazed with the speed they carry on with the packing and move, with taking at most care of the furniture and bulky items. And Jessie was always a call/msg away and always there to answer/coordinate any requests. Highly recommended!

We used Soon Seng for a 4 bed condo move. They were extremely professional throughout, providing a competitive quote and a fully managed packing / move / unpacking service for us. Team Ryan & Haek worked tirelessly for 2 days and even accommodated an initial move of our baby / bed items so we could settle into new place a day earlier. Couldn’t rate them more highly!

Very professional and extremely efficient!! Our massage chair couldn’t fit through the main door (instead of throwing the problem to us) the movers patiently think of ways to assist us. We initially wanted to give up, just leave it outside the apartment and ask the massage chair company to come and dismantle. But the movers came out with an idea to carry the super heavy and huge massage chair through the window!! We were very thankful for them going the extra miles to help us. And this is after them moving ALL our heavy belongings from a 3rd storey walk-up apartment (no lift) Very impressed with their professionalism and we’ll definitely use them again on our next move. They’re on time for every appointment (on site recce to advise how many boxes we need, dropping off boxes, pickup&delivery). They even have a choice for you to opt for new or resused boxes! Their reused boxes are still in very good/clean condition. Overall, the shifting process was fast and efficient. Would engage them again :)
