They said 9am, they reached sharp at 9am. That was already a green flag. Their team was so experienced, helping me to wrap up loose items. They completed the loading in 20+ mins, and took extra care of my glass furniture. Kudos to JH and team. Backend can improve as conversations over WhatsApp were not that smooth.

Second time engaging Soon Seng. YS, XM, Jacky, Guna, Sethu were very professional. Another middle aged uncle joined halfway (think his name was Ah seng) and helped as well. Fridge couldn’t pass through a door initially but they were able to find a way round it and got it through. Great service, ensured that things were well wrapped and also helped with disposal and rearranging of some furniture together. All done in slightly less than three hours.
