I approached Soon Seng after a neighbour recommended them. I had just completed renovating my home and needed to arrange for movers to move things from my temporary accommodation and from my storage unit. I dealt with Jessie via WhatsApp. She was very responsive and professional. One of their supervisors will come to your place and do a site survey to understand your requirements and then they provide you a written quotation, so there are no surprises.
On the day of the move, they arrived 10 mins early. The moving team were very professional and fast. I had to move things from 2 locations to my home and everything was completed in under 2 hours with no problems. Very happy with their service. Their pricing is also reasonable.
They also provide clothes racks for you to hang your clothes and the whole rack is shrink wrapped. You can also obtain packing boxes from them. I recommend getting the recycled boxes. You pay a deposit of $2 per box and they refund it to you after you're done and you return the boxes to them.

John and team did a great job in moving our office, warehouse and factory. In addition to safely handling our sensitive equipment and goods, they are friendly, helpful and professional. Our staff found it very easy to work with them, and it made our moving experience less stressful.

Right from their receptionist, to the site surveyor to their movers, I would strongly recommend to engage soon Seng transport as your movers if you're looking for 1. They also super responsive, accommodating, and their movers are swift and fast, and everyone know their individual roles well. For a 4 room flat unit, they took less then an hour and manage to move out everything for me and on their way to my new residence. Well done and good job. Highly and strongly recommended. 👏👏👍👍

Very well-coordinated team. We were assigned "Team Terrance" (sp?), and they seamlessly packed our boxes one day and arranged the physical move the next day. Some members of the team went the extra mile to help us mount our TV and dispose of some large items (and these services were not part of their quotation). They also made helpful suggestions on the timing and logistics of the move. Overall, we had a good experience with them.
