Love the fact that Soon Seng hire only local workers, so manpower was not impacted during this Covid pandemic. Team of movers were extremely focused when on site to pack my cartons onto trolleys. 51 cartons with some loose furniture -- job completed within 60 mins. When returning the cartons, the guys carried each carton into my house as i had new wooden flooring. Again, job completed within 45mins...Awesome! Very efficient. Great customer service from Jessie - without her follow-up and initiative, I would not have been able to change to a more appropriate date to return. I would highly recommend Soon Seng if anyone is looking for movers. They are very professional!!! ONCE AGAIN. A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO THE TEAM.

My move was handled by Jerry, Vaymond and Terrence.
Before the move, we had insufficient boxes and tapes and they delivered additional items on the same day within a few hours. So top effort on that.
On thé day of the move, the team was very respectful and understanding throughout the process. They were extremely professional and highly efficient in handling the furniture. The move was done within 3h including the 30 mins drive to the new place. They handled the furniture very delicately yet in a fast manner. Furnitures were properly wrapped and secured. Upon reaching the new place, they were fast in moving items into the respective room. Our bed was not the typical ikea type and they had the competency to dismantle it and assemble it properly. Our flooring was also dealt with great care during the move.
Throughout the process, they showed great team work and chemistry with one another. Moving out from our home was an emotional journey for us, but the team understood that and treated everything with care and respect. They were also a joy to work with. Full of life and vibrancy.
