I moved between towers within a condo. In advance of the move I reached out to several companies, and Soon Seng were the only one that came to do an initial site visit to understand properly my requirements, which impressed me. On the day of the move they arrived right on time at 9am. They provided a full packing and unpacking service so I did not need to do anything myself, and they took great care with all my items. The team was really efficient and professional. I was impressed with the responsiveness of the office team when setting up the move, and also the team that performed the move. The team that did the move also spoke good English so there were no communication issues. To top everything off, Soon Seng's price quote was very competitive versus the other quotes I received, so they were really good value for money. If I need to move again, I will use their services.

We engaged Soon Seng after reading positive reviews of their moving and transportation services online. We were not disappointed.
As we needed moving services in less than 2 weeks, Soon Seng was able to accommodate us. Customer service was prompt in answering our queries and did their best to arrange for site survey ASAP.
On the day of move (29th March), John and his team assisted us in our move to 2 locations. They were highly efficient and professional. John and his team were also very patient with us as this was our first time moving and we had quite a few items that were not packed properly.
Will be using their moving services again when we move back to our home and will again request specifically for John and his team if they are available.
Note that Soon Seng provides storage services as well, and I am told by their sales surveyor that their prices for storage services are competitive. It is a shame that we have paid for storage services with another vendor prior to contacting and engaging Soon Seng.

This is the first time I am writing a Google review of a company. The staff didn't ask me to write but I still did, because they were sooooo AWESOME! They provided sufficient manpower and lorries to ensure everything could be done in 1 move. Moving process was efficient and movers were careful and patient. Super impressed with them. Highly recommended!
