Just want to say a big thank you to the team (forgot to get the names of the guys oops) that helped with the move. The movers were incredibly efficient and professional and handled the items with great care, taking note to place heavier boxes at the bottom of the stack during the move. They arrived even earlier than the scheduled time which was fantastic. Soon Seng was also very prompt in responding to my queries via whatsapp which made it a pleasant experience. We engaged Soon Seng for our move on 5 Sept. Despite the heavy downpour just before the scheduled time, John and his team arrived right on the dot. They were polite, professional, and clearly very experienced. From the way they carefully wrapped up bulky items, our piano, and multiple boxes, everything was handled neatly and efficiently.
The entire move-out process took only about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and at our new place, the team hand-carried the boxes to the various rooms as instructed. The whole experience was smooth, fuss-free, and impressively well-coordinated.
