I am very satisfied with the service rendered for the removal/storage service/delivery I received recently ending on the 21st June. Your team, Supervisor overseeing the service at site Mr. Cheong/Chong [ sorry didnt quite catch his name] and the rest of the crew were very fast and efficient in doing their work. I could also see that despite these, they were very careful to ensure nothing got damaged. It was nice to see them working well together despite being from different generations! They were also very polite and were helpful too. I am also happy being served by Jessie, the customer service staff, she was also very responsive, polite and flexible toward my requests. The whole process was smooth & efficent. From Jolene whom i liased with, to the gentleman who came down to give a quote. And the team led by Jun Hao.. nothing short of 5 stars. The team was well-staffed and by 11.30, we moved out of our old place, into the new one and all the furnitures settled. The storage was also moved in less than 2hours. Woohoo.. terrific job. We moved 3x in 1 year and this is our fav movers.. the team joked and had fun, good team work forming a chain to pass the boxes up! Thumbs up. Highly recommended
