Firstly , they will send someone to your house and give a quotation on the spot and will be fixed at that price . I spoke to a few movers companies which is subjected to number of trollies being moved on that day itself ( well how to monitor on that day I wonder and also subjected to how high they pack the boxes leh )

Secondly , the team that move my house is super efficient . Took about 1 hour to move all my items ( involve disassemble of furniture and packing of boxes for a 5 room flat and 20 min to unload and assemble back ) . Thumbs up to the entire team and thanks for saying Huat ya when entering my house - lol
Finally thumbs up to the backend sale office gal who coordinate the moving of my house and collection back of the carton boxes .

We had a fantastic moving experience today with Team Jacky and MF. From initial quote to final move, we were more than impressed by Soon Seng. First they gave us a full net price for moving after doing a site survey, no hidden costs of pushing distance to lift, number of trolleys or number of trucks used unlike most other companies we asked.
Then on moving day, they arrived on time, were super quick and efficient in wrapping up all our boxes and furniture. For a 5room flat, they finished wrapping up everything in 30mins, which was way quicker than I expected. At the destination, we were early for the auspicious hour for moving in. We asked for them to wait for an extra 10mins for us and they readily agreed. Then it was a quick 20mins of unpacking and unwrapping, and assembling of all furniture.
We really liked how Soon Seng does business, transparent and honest. Rare gem in their line of business.

I recently engaged Soon Seng, and I must say they did an exceptional job! Neo, Zeal, and Jian An successfully moved bulky items, including my fridge, into a kitchen with very limited space. Their expertise in finding the right angles to navigate tight spaces was very impressive.
What stood out the most was their incredible strength and determination. They managed to lift up my large fridge (75cm x 75cm x 175cm) over the kitchen countertop to get it into place—an extraordinary feat! Despite the challenges, they never gave up and demonstrated a "can-do" attitude throughout the process.
If you're looking for movers who are not only skilled but also committed to getting the job done no matter the difficulty, I highly recommend this company.
