I am so glad I went with Soon Seng for my moving and would highly recommend them. They were fast at scheduling an onsite survey to provide me with a quotation that is fully transparent and with no hidden charges (e.g. long pushing, extra charges for plants, dismantling of storage bed, removal of TV brackets, etc). You can either accept the quotation and be assured that there will be no hidden costs or just leave it. During the move, I could tell that the movers took great care to ensure that my belongings were properly protected. What complicated the move was that I did not use their company's boxes as I had engaged their services on very short notice. This caused them much trouble because it made things harder for them to transport but they were very accommodating. That said, some of my plants were damaged during the move but my lesson learnt would be to pack them myself.
