When we packed we labeled those fragile items with the word fragile, to my surprise they treat ALL items as fragile items and handled them with care. I invited them to give me a free quote and assess the cost prior to engaging them, I was happy with the quote after knowing how other movers charge and there wasn't any extra cost incurred on the actual move day.
