This is the third time I used the moving Service from Soon Seng Transport in the past 8 years. Their professionalism exceeded my expectations, I would use their service again for my next move, and I would highly recommend them. The moving process was started with the survey estimating the number of boxes needed to move my goods and the cost. The survey was done within 15 mins and the quote took a few hours. The final quantity of box and cost matched the estimate. My last moved was done by Team MF and Vay. As always demonstrated before, the team was punctual, arriving right on time as scheduled, which made the entire process much smoother. Their team worked efficiently, handling all items with speed while maintaining a high level of organization. They showed exceptional care for delicate items like the piano, crystals, and paintings, ensuring everything was properly wrapped and secured. Not a single item was damaged or mishandled. The movers were friendly and approachable, making the experience much less stressful. They were also willing to accommodate special requests, such as handling certain pieces with extra care or rearranging items as needed.

Excellent job from Team John. This is my second move with the same team after 11 months. So grateful to have the team to move my piano by stairs. They were incredible. Didn't give up after two tries and they managed to go up the narrow stairs the third time. They handle other furnitures with care too. A big thank you for the great help today!!
