It was a seamless and reassuring process from start to finish. Jolene was very prompt in responding to my initial enquiry and subsequent clarifications, arranging for an onsite survey quickly. Terry and his team of movers moved efficiently, packing up my 4R HDB in an hour and eventually leaving my place after a total of 2.5 hours. They were resourceful, helping to disassemble and then reinstall my fridge doors to fit it through my kitchen door!

Vaymond and Ryan, the two team leaders and their team arrived promptly at 9am. We are a family of 5 and have quite a good amount of items to move. By 1015am, all of our items were cleared and they unloaded all of our furniture, boxes etc at 1pm sharp. I am extremely impressed with their efficiency. While they are so fast, they took special care with all our items. Every box and furniture, they asked for our directions on where to move them to in our new home. We have shifted homes 5 times and this is the only company that does this for us. 10 out of 10 stars. The other companies not only left our items wherever they can find a space but they ended the move around 8pm, 7 hours later than Soon Seng. I am extremely appreciative of Vaymond, Ryan and their team as all of their staff were cheery and helpful. Another thing that impressed me was their mini ramp that they placed at both homes. This ensured that their trolleys could efficiently move into the home without chipping off the tiles. Again, this is something that other companies do not have. Soon Seng staff are professional, polite, extremely efficient and I would hire them for any moving jobs in future. Thanks again fellas for your hard work!

Highly recommend! Very satisfied from the first contact to last, they have been prompt in response, very punctual in the moving time, and efficient AF, completed the move in under 2hours including tear down plus setting back up, plus it’s to 2 locations, not even a hiccup or damaged item. Their personnels are high experienced, no barriers to communication too.
