I haven’t even engaged them but just by calling the hotline, the lady isn’t friendly at all! Other movers who can’t match my timing will still try to see how they can match to meet my needs but this lady’s tone is just telling me “if you want my service, take it and if not, never mind as they don’t need”. Such a terrible service Seeing such feedback from the agency about the request for “immediate” already indicated the credibility of the agency as no such request has been made to the lady customer service. Immediate means NOW. Additionally, they stated 30 years in service but don’t know the realistic timeframe between onsite survey to actual move, it already defines their attitude towards service. If you can’t take the project, just simply say no and don’t give attitude. Thankfully I never take the chance to use them

Admin Jolene and site quotation Terrance have displayed professionalism and prompt in addressing our concerns. Kudos to movers being efficient and still cheerful despite the tedious moving on sites with staircases and fragile glass. All items were handled with care and placed in preference levels and areas.
