Hihi… wanna share a review about my moving day… Mark and his fellow colleague did a very good job. They handled the furnitures especially my glass cabinets with care… everything was well taken care of and moved effectively. They were friendly and actually helped me to save cost and managed to complete the move in 1 trip. Worst mover I ever met. Non apologetic for being late since day 1 and did not complete the shifting for the 2nd day. Waited since 1pm at home till 4pm. I doubt they have a slot for you hence they cook up stories to fool you. Gave you attitude when you called them for follow ups. Don't be con by all their advertising. ZERO professionalism. Don't bother asking me to leave my contacts. You want to know the whole story? Look for Wendy. Well done! Cooking stories again. Throughout the whole conversation. There was zero vagularities used. And may I ask how bad is the weather today? At Bukit Panjang it only drizzled a little.. so what did you face that resulted in a 4 hour wait? Tsunami? Practically i wasted my leave for a no-turn up and no solution.

The quote was quick and friendly but when I told them about the problem on the day of delivery they were totally unhelpful with all the blame shifting and no reply. People who are able to pay in full without questioning the fraudulent claims and who do not mind being threatened with foul language. If you are able to assemble dismantled furniture by yourself, this is the company for you. This was the first time I had such a bad experience in Singapore.
