Terrible and bad mover. Truly, use at your own risk! When the sales person came to assess my house, he mentioned that I need about 3 loads including moving my potted plants and garden bricks. As my garden and front porch of my new house were still under construction, I used 2 loads to move household items. However, there were several household items not packed into the 2 trucks and I noticed that the trucks were not fully stacked. Lots of space wastage! Their tactics to make you get more trucks as charges are based on per truck. The handlings were very rough and dented my fridge. Most of the items were not shrinkwrapped which I was very disappointed. I paid $600 for the relocation service and $100 for boxes deposit. The boxes were a mixture of used and new boxes. About 2 weeks later, I booked another one load, hoping that they could move my other balance household items and less than 10 pots of plants and some bricks. Again, the workers did not pack my potted plants and gardening stuff into the truck when the truck was not fully stacked. The in-charge said one truck is not enough and wanted me to take another load. I paid another $300 for the one truckload. I decided not to use them anymore as I felt that they are unprofessional and out to fool me. On a separate day, I have to pay a lorry and driver from a friend's recommendation to transport my plants and gardening stuff to my new house. When I wanted to return the boxes to get back my deposit, the sales person refused to come to my house to collect the boxes or return my deposit. Initially, he said that as long as I return 50% of the boxes, they will return the deposit to me but this is not the case. He gave excuses and said that I have to return 80%. I tried to reason with him that he should not change his words but he was extremely rude. Eventually, I tried to have 75% of the boxes ready and called the office but there was no reply. It was through several calls that a lady answered and promised to get the boxes department to call me but I did not get any call. I have to call again to get them to come and collect the boxes. The time given to come to my house to collect the boxes was 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm. Until 3.30 pm, no one shows up to collect the boxes. I have to call again, waited for another 2 hours before they came. In summary, the service was very poor, unprofessional and bad handling of goods. They have their gimmicks and trick of not to load fully so that you need to get more truck loads. Remember, do not use this mover as you will regret! Pay to get a professional mover will give you less headache and frustration.

The surveyor came and looked at my place before move. Told him we needed to go two places and told him what we needed to move. He quoted a price of $318. We accepted without bargaining and paid $100 deposit.
They provided only 30 boxes. All the boxes provided were used ones, not a single clean new box. I understand the need for recycling, but they could have provided 15 used boxes and 15 new boxes!
Just before the move, the surveyor said they need to charge $50 to go a second location, which we already told him before the quotation. Nonetheless, we accepted.
On day of actual move, they said one truckload is not enough and need additional $200 for 2nd truck. So the $318 fee ballooned to $568!
They came at 9.30 am and after sending the first truckload at 11.30 am, the workers wanted to break for lunch! They only started loading the second truckload at 1+ pm.
Shortly after they moved off with the second truckload (which was just after their lunch), they asked for drinks and detoured to a shop to ask us to buy drinks for them. At the shop, they were so clumsy that they broke stuff at the shop and we had to pay for the stuff that they broke!
When they came to my condominium which we moved to, they did not even bother putting cupboard protections on the interior walls of the lifts despite me telling them that I had paid deposit to condominium management who would deduct from the deposit if the movers damage the common area.
After the move, I must pay the full $568 and cannot get back my $100 deposit until I return the used boxes.
It took me several phone calls before they come and collect the used boxes and return my deposit.
Very terrible movers. Very unprofessional. Very sloppy.
Moving is stressful enough. Do not engage unprofessional movers to make it worse!

not sure why is there so many bad reviews, my experience with VS movers is excellent! movers were very fast and efficient, managed to move even thought it was very last minute. also, there was a sure win lucky draw. very nice of them to add that in! will definitely recommend to my friends who wanna move their houses in the future ☺️ keep up the good work!
