This is my 2nd time engaging the services . Both experiences have been very pleasant as everyone has been very helpful and patient in attending to my requests. The movers are very fast and efficient in the packing and moving of stuff. Will definitely recommend their services.

It was my bad to be lured by their $238 for 15ft truck load advertisement gimmicks. Before engaging them, even ask their in charge to come down my house to view my load of things to move. She say all these should have no problem to fit in 1 truck. But did mention that they will not dismantle most of the furniture like shelving, bed frame. Being skeptical, I even shifted some of the furniture and cartons myself b4 move date. Despite that it was lesser furniture, and on the move date, the movers tried to pack my furniture loosely in their truck and leave all my boxes and cartons behind. He told me 1 truck not enough. See inside the truck, they are all loosely pack. Ask them why can't they put my boxes inside since still got lots of space. They told me I need to pay more. If I had told them that I can pay more, they can arrange all to go in!! OMG!! If they are upfront before move about the extra cost, I may have agreed to pay. But don't do it right when we are vulnerable on the move date. I will not engage them or recommend them to any of my friends. And they have also blocked me on my facebook, afraid I may made bad comments on their facebook page.

Was recommended due to their very competitive rates. But I was not impressed at all. Called one of the sales staff mobile, there was no reply and there was no return call. Had to text her twice and she promised to call me. Yet there was still no call. Gave up.

Bad experience with this mover. Accepted his first quotation without bargain yet received substandard service. First issue was that they asked for more momey despite i accepted their first quote after onsite assessment without bargain. I gave each of 10 workers a $20 ang bao instead. Secondly, when i requested them to dispose a thin lqyer of mattress top, they simply discard it along stairwell causing fire hazard and endangers small kids who might climb on it folded and reach above railing. Thirdly, 2 of his workers fell my teak wood desinger bookshelf while sliding it towards their lorry. The coordinator apologised for their fault and said they will leave it in their truck to send back for repair. I reluctantly agreed and paid up moving fee without expecting that they will play "punk". Depite my repeated chasers over numerous phoneccalls and messages, the cupboard was delivered to me after more than a month. The cupboard was painted in more than 4 different shades of brown and laquered over haphazardly with rough surface and edges all over; suffocating and stink of cheap laquer smell. In interest of my small children's wellbeing, i asked them to bring it back and equested to claim insurance. I tried to reach them thereafter but they are rejecting my phonecalls and mesages. It has been more than 3 months now and no news from them. Engage them at your own risk. If you have already did, hold back payment until all problem is resolved.
