reference: 16307 Peter & team came on time and were very prompt in dismantling the bed frames, and took good care of our boxes. They managed to get everything out of the house in an orderly manner within a very short time frame. Thanks for the help!

I would strongly not recommend to hire this company for the following reasons : 1) customer service told me that movers will reach btw 1 to 2pm, I specifically asked if moving can be completed by 5pm and was affirmed yes. End up, timing dragged to 6pm and I had to ask Condo management to allow the extension 2) mover came at 215 pm and I was shocked that only 1 manpower was allocated to wrapped all my boxes and furnitures. Including internal dismantling and moving a queen size bed. After wrapping all, I was further told that truck was not here yet and therefore had to wait. This resulted in total timing dragged to 6pm 3) I found 2 screws left behind by the mover whom dismantled my bed frame and when I ran after him to give him back, I was told the screws did not matter. Over at the new house, I quizzed him where the screws dropped out from, thats when I discovered the 2 screws were meant to join the 2 bed frame together. 4) as it was raining , all the furnitures and boxes came in Dripping wet into the new house. Movers teared off the plastic wrapper hastily and caused the rainwater to splatter on my newly painted walls and it created brown dots and stains. When I asked the customer service why is there not a process to just give the items at least a quick wipe at the unloading bay, I was told it is the first time the company encountered such situation. Which also means this company is not experienced to handle wet weather Singapore I have learnt my lesson and will not fall for its affordable pricing. I would rather pay more for a more professional company if I have a next move to make.
