We have had two terrible experiences with VS. Firstly I used them for a move and they under quoted saying we would need 1.5 lorries to move all of our items. It turns out we needed over three lorries and the cost ended up being way higher than the other quotes we had had. Before this experience I had also recommended VS movers to my mum her her upcoming move. During the move of my mum's place last week, they have lost a queen bed, numerous plants, a box of books and a bench. I have no idea how you lose those items between one home and another? VS have been completely unhelpful and are saying they are willing to cover only $30 of the items they have lost. Please beware of using and trusting your items with this company
