Expats beware !
One year ago today I trusted VS movers with my valued possessions and life treasures, moving from one apartment to another in Singapore. It should have been straightforward however numerous items worth thousands of dollars were missing upon arrival at the new apartment.
VS removals admitted that they collected my items from one property but failed to deliver them to my new apartment. Nonetheless they refused to accept responsibility and referred me to the fine print in the contract which says that they are not responsible for any losses.
After endless attempts to recoup my valuables or at least some recompense for the thousands of dollars lost I still have no closure. My wish is that no one else suffers from the same scam. I would advise against using this company at all costs!

Used Vs services on the 20/8/24 and was extremely satisfied. Tian fu was very professional and helped to move many heavy items such as my glass dining table and piano efficiently. My items were wrapped well and there was no damage. Definitely recommend and would use their services again in future.
