I strongly advise against using this moving service. My experience was problematic from start to finish
My expensive television was damaged during the move due to improper handling and insufficient protection. When I attempted to discuss this issue with the sales guy Eugene, the situation quickly deteriorated. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner became hostile and began shouting at me. This aggressive behavior was completely inappropriate and made an already stressful situation even worse.
The service quality was subpar throughout:
- Poor communication
- Careless handling of belongings
- Damaged items (including my TV)
- Unprofessional conduct
- Hostile response to legitimate concerns
When I tried to resolve these issues through a normal conversation, I was met with aggression rather than any attempt to address the problems or make things right. A professional moving company should take responsibility for damages and handle customer concerns with respect and professionalism.
I recommend looking elsewhere for your moving needs.

Very happy with the whole moving process and big thanks to Eugene and the rest of the moving team. They charge lower than other movers I've found online but I can confidently say there has been no compromise on quality of service. Special shoutout to Ahmad for his meticulous care in wrapping our fragile items.

Alvin and Ah Seng were fantastic—fast, professional, efficient, and very kind. Really appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them as movers!
However, my experience with Eugene, the salesperson, could have been better. He was efficient during the initial inquiry process, but nobody informed me about the delay on the day—I had to call him to find out, and he was rude in response.
Nevertheless, he managed to source for the backup support team rather promptly.
