We have recently engaged VS Movers and Logistics (“VS”) for our house moving. Upon doing research and having discussion with the team (including Eugene and Ong) at VS, we have decided to use their services because they provided us with the assurance that our belongings (including furniture and fixtures) will be well taken care and any damages will be minimized during the moving process based on their professional experience and expertise. If there is any damage caused, they will either repair it or make a reasonable compensation. However, on the actual moving day, we were shocked that that their movers were late for half a day (more than 4 hours) as the original agreed time was between 9 and 10 am. In addition, we had to constantly checked with them to find out about their arrival time. When the movers arrived, they exhibited a poor service attitude with slow progress of moving the items and chatted casually with laughter among themselves. They didn’t also bring sufficient wrapping materials for the protection of the furniture and fixtures. As a result, they have skipped wrapping some of the moving items. Furthermore, I and my wife had to help them to do the wrapping personally as they were already behind schedule. Upon reaching the new place, the movers didn’t keep and carry the items properly. For example, they had dragged the items or even bent the items forcefully when moving the items. Consequently, there were items being damaged severely (including the mattress, sofa, etc.). When this incident happened, we provided the feedback to VS immediately and they didn’t respond to us until the moving was completed. In the process of discussing the damages with the team at VS, they became very defensive about it and claimed that there are bound to be damages when items were moved. We were very disappointed as it was very different from the assurance that they’ve provided to us at the earlier times. However, our intention is to resolve this matter peacefully so we regularly followed up with them since the incident which has happened for more than a month. We were dismayed by their slow responsiveness on handling this matter and our feedback. Till to-date, there is still no response or resolution from them despite our multiple times follow up with them. We hope they will value customers’ feedback and this review will be helpful for others when making a decision of engaging a suitable mover.

Peter was very professional, he knows his work very well, give clear instructions to his teams, manage to move all my items and fitted in nicely into the lift.
