Rude, menacing and bring convicted people in your home.
Here my experience: I sent full list of items to move + pictures. They send me a quotation of Less than $400 + packing per box. I ask to do a survey to check everything before and they replied is not necessary. At end I had to do 2 trips and the second trip is extra $234. My bill end to be almost $1,000.
I checked the reviews and I am not the only one having problem with a second trip.
When I complained about the second trip, the staff became very menacing.
Now I understand other reviews mentioning tattoo guy coming from mafia. You also have one of staff have ankle monitor.
Looking at the rating here, I don’t know if they are true reviews. Lot of reviewers have only one or 2 posts.
