Their response is very fast during enquiry and quotation but the movers is 1.5 hrs late. I paid $338 for the service and the least they could do is to be on time. And the movers is not professional at all.
One of the guy took a box of milk from the fridge without asking and the worst thing is, it doesn’t even belongs to me as I already cleared out my stuff for the move and complaining on an on about me rushing them and not willing to wait / delay. One the worst experiences I’ve encountered.

Before confirming my engagement, the time we agreed upon was 9am. Once I paid deposit, they say actually it will be 930 to 1030 because the movers need time to reach from their office. Fine.
ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE (today) ,
Mover called me to say can only reach at 11-1130 because they were double booked??!
It's past 12 and they still haven't reached! I had to call all my following services and delivery to push back because they were GROSSLY late. This is unreliable service at its finest.
Notwithstanding how the actual move is later, as a service provider they are not inspiring any confidence.

The team is punctually. My timing slot 2-2.30pm, around 1plus they call to inform they go for lunch, after lunch call again to inform they're ready otw. Dave is a good lead , the team is well-organised and professional. Pleased with their pro service and good attitude.
