Faz and his team has been most helpful in our move. There was a hiccup in the morning; the brake of their moving lorry was malfunctioning and they were unable to arrive at the appointed meeting time. Thankfully, upon fixing the lorry, they managed to rush down to help with the move. The whole delivery went smoothly, they took care not to hit corners. They were polite and helped to give tips, eg. Don't on the fridge until 1 hour later as the gas needs time to settle, there are roller wheels for pianos that can be bought at Yamaha. Giving 4 stars because my baby cot was unwrapped and was sadly scratched as it was only seen last minute during the move and wasnt wrapped, and it had alot of sentimental value to me. Thanks to the team, there was some hiccups but ended well!

When send over, there no assist to install washer back. Maybe this is not part of the service.
After label all the boxes, they all throw in one room. When question them, they say the marking is only for us to know only. they dont put in the room according to the marking.
Telling/writing the box is fragile is useless as they just stack whichever is fastest for them.
The biggest issue for me is telling them we clean the whole new house before they moved. they didn't bother to use any carboard or protection on the floor. The whole path is very dirty with dirty water. (i think the washer got some water leak from the hose and they continue stepping on it).
Overall would not recommend at all.
