I seldom bother to give any review but this mover really give bad service that i think everyone should know before engaging. Dont be misled by their cheap service. The full lorry load refer to only 10 trolley board, meaning they will stack the load up onto the trolley and each lorry loan means 10 trolley board. I have a king storage bed, grandfather clock(extra charge of $80), 3 seater sofa, refrigerator and the rest are boxes, shelves and TVs. They only send 2 people to do the job. They came at 9 plus (late) and they only managed to shift my sofa(1 trolley), storage bed (4 trolleys), grandfather clock (1 trolley) and about 10-12 boxes of my stuff leaving a lot of space in the lorry for my 1st trip but they consider it as Full load. They said they cant load anymore as i had already used up 10 trolley board. Many of my items like TV, refrigerator (which they didnt manage to move out of my house the first time) shelves and other stuff were left behind so no choice i had to ask for 2nd trip. My whole moving house took from 9am to about 5pm just to shift my house within Jurong area. The distance from my old place to my new one is only about 2-3km. my whole moving cost me about $1060 and I still had some items left in my old house. This is really ridiculous as it took a day to shift my things. not only this, my grandfather clock was dented as they slipped it while it was on the trolley and my sofa scratched. Really very upset about the whole moving process. BTW, i think XNR mover is the same company as the boxes they gave me has the print on it.

wang lei’s team is very fast and efficient. i just only hope their company will inform customer ahead regarding the 10 trolley rule on the full load to avoid misunderstanding. 19007
